Arcane Magnum 2023

The harvest date, determined by tasting the grapes, skins, and seeds, gives this cuvée its characteristic subtle balance: between freshness and roundness, complexity and immediate pleasure, minerality and white flowers. Aging on the lees in ovoid concrete tanks and elongated vats for nine months, without imparting any aromatic influence, is a deliberate choice that respects our grapes and our terroir. A saline note on the finish underscores the savoriness and purity of this beautiful Chenin Blanc.
